Nous recherchons un commercial dynamique et axé sur les résultats pour rejoindre notre équipe En tant que commercial, vous serez chargé de promouvoir nos produits et services, de développer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et d'entretenir des relations solides avec nos clients existants.
Finalité du poste
Développer le chiffre d’affaires de l’hôtel par la prospection, la fidélisation et la gestion d’un portefeuille clients, en cohérence avec la stratégie commerciale, les standards de la marque et les objectifs budgétaires de l’établissement.
Missions principales
1. Développement commercial
Prospecter de nouveaux clients (corporate, MICE, groupes, long séjour)
Développer et fidéliser un portefeuille clients existant
Identifier les opportunités de marché locales, nationales et internationales
Proposer des offres commerciales adaptées aux besoins clients
2. Vente et négociation
Élaborer et négocier les contrats (corporate, groupes, événements)
Assurer le suivi des devis, propositions et contrats
Participer à la définition de la politique tarifaire en lien avec le Revenue Management
Atteindre les objectifs de chiffre d’affaires fixés
Représenter l’hôtel auprès des partenaires et clients stratégiques
Participer à des salons, workshops, événements professionnels
Organiser et assurer les visites commerciales de l’hôtel
Maintenir un haut niveau de satisfaction client
4. Coordination interne
Transmettre les informations commerciales aux équipes opérationnelles
Assurer le suivi des dossiers groupes et événements
Collaborer étroitement avec la réception, les réservations et le F&B
Veiller à la bonne exécution des engagements commerciaux
5. Reporting & suivi
Mettre à jour les outils CRM et tableaux de suivi
Analyser les résultats commerciaux et indicateurs de performance
Produire des reportings réguliers (hebdomadaires, mensuels)
Proposer des actions correctives si nécessaire
Responsabilités

Image et notoriété de l’hôtel
Respect des procédures internes et standards de la marque

Compétences techniques
Techniques de vente et de négociation
Connaissance du secteur hôtelier et touristique
Maîtrise des outils CRM et reporting
Bonne compréhension du revenue management (atout)
Compétences comportementales
Sens aigu du service client
Excellent relationnel et capacité de persuasion
Autonomie et esprit d’initiative
Organisation et rigueur
Esprit d’équipe et coordination transversale
Profil requis
Formation : Bac +3 / Bac +5 en commerce, marketing, hôtellerie ou équivalent
Expérience : 2 à 5 ans minimum dans une fonction commerciale hôtelière
Langues :
Français : courant
Anglais : professionnel requis
Autre langue : appréciée
