Job Description

Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Sales Coordinator to join our Sales & Marketing team. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team to ensure smooth administrative processes, efficient communication with clients, and coordination of sales activities to achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team including preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group bookings, events, and corporate stays.
  • Assist in organizing site inspections, client meetings, and familiarization trips.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and assist in preparing sales reports.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Liaise with departments such as Front Office, Housekeeping, and F&B to fulfill client requirements.
  • Ensure proper filing and documentation of sales contracts and client communications.

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably within a 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset and a polished, professional appearance.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken and written)
  • Well-presented with a service-oriented mindset, aligned with luxury brand standards.
  • Strong teamwork and coordination skills with internal departments and external partners.
