Responsabilidades:
Representación comercial del Novotel Barcelona City en eventos nacionales e internacionales, realizando viajes esporádicos para impulsar el negocio en el hotel.
Desarrollo del segmento MICE a través de la captación de nuevos clientes nacional e internacionales así como de la fidelización de la cartera de clientes existente.
Gestión proactiva de las cuentas para asegurar el máximo yield en línea con los objetivos de presupuesto.
Atender las peticiones diarias y leads de posibles clientes de manera ágil y rápida así como cotización de grupos y propuestas diversas.
Participar en la elaboración del plan de marketing y presupuesto anual.
Trabajo colaborativo con Dirección y equipo para lograr los objetivos fijados.
Negociación de tarifas y realización de contratos con agencias de viaje, TTOO, empresas y consorcios tanto directamente como por GDS.
Colaboración y apoyo a los departamentos de Eventos, Reservas, y Revenue.
Planificar, organizar y gestionar proactivamente y de manera eficiente el Plan de Acción Comercial.
Análisis de las tendencias del mercado local y la actividad de los competidores para identificar líderes empresariales.
Reporting de resultados semanal y mensual, cuando Dirección lo requiera.

- Gestión de RRSS
- Creación y seguimiento eventos de Marketing
Formación: Diplomatura en Turismo, Sales & Marketing o similar.
Idiomas: Castellano e inglés fluido, el francés y el catalán serán altamente valorados.
Experiencia:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en entorno hotelero como Sales Manager especializado en desarrollo del segmento.
- Experiencia previa y/o conocimiento profundo del mercado de conferencias y eventos.
Competencias:
- Conocimiento de la plataforma Cvent.
- Valorable conocimiento PMS Opera.
- Perfil “hunter”, captador, con buen approach comercial, don de gentes y empatía.
- Capacidad de planificación, organización, y atención al detalle.
- Actitud colaborativa, facilidad para el trabajo en equipo y actitud positiva con el resto de miembros del equipo.
- Seniority y saber estar.
- Aportación de networking consolidado en el sector.
