Job Description

Assisting the Sales and Marketing Manager in administrative & creative work

Handling enquiries, contracts, assisting with event details & correspondence

Social media posts and creativity

Is suited for individuals with strong communication and administrative skills.

  • Proficiency in design software
  • A background in hospitality or customer-facing roles. 
  • Social media postings, maintain accounts
  • Menus design & creating promotional material. 
  • Web pages.
  • Excellent in Microsoft Office suite
  • Eye for detail, handling enquiries, contracts, deposits, & invoicing for groups and conferences.
  • Respond to guest comments on social media
