We are looking for our next Full-time Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join the ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street team.


Job Description

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel rates, packages, and operations to conduct site inspections for clients.
  • Support the Sales Manager with daily operations and administration.
  • Coordinate conferences and events with Kitchen and F&B teams to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Prepare and distribute BEOs.
  • Maintain and update the Sales & Marketing database and electronic files.
  • Assist with proposals, contracts, promotions, mail-outs, and communication materials.
  • Support marketing, e-commerce, and campaign execution.
  • Manage and update the hotel website and online content.
  • Create marketing collateral and promotional materials in line with Accor brand standards.
  • Maintain hotel brand identity, imagery, and media resources across platforms.
  • Develop and manage social media strategies and communications initiatives.
  • Liaise with corporate teams, management, suppliers, and advertising partners.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.

Qualifications

  • The role requires a qualification in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field, with at least a years of experience in marketing or hotel operations.
  • Strong digital marketing knowledge, Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to coordinate campaigns and manage multiple tasks are essential.
  • Success in the role also depends on excellent communication, organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
