OBJETIVO:
Auxiliar na organização de toda a infra-estrutura necessária para a realização de eventos na unidade, seguindo procedimentos preestabelecidos e atendendo aos padrões de qualidade requeridos pela empresa.
ATRIBUIÇÕES E RESPONSABILIDADES
- Auxiliar na organização dos eventos, através da montagem e abastecimento das salas, testes de equipamentos.
- Auxiliar na preparação de coffee-breaks, quando necessário.
- Controlar, rigorosamente, a abertura e fechamento das salas de eventos.
- Zelar pela organização e limpeza da sala e pelo funcionamento dos equipamentos.
- Auxiliar no processo de requisição de materiais a serem utilizados, bem como controlar o abastecimento do departamento.
- Efetuar as contagens e registros de consumo e encaminhar para conferência e cobrança.
- Coletar amostras e temperatura de alimentos servidos, seguindo padrões de segurança alimentar.
- Executar outras atribuições correlatas de acordo com a necessidade da área.
MÍNIMAS:
- Ensino Fundamental completo
- Disponibilidade para apoio operacional em eventos
DESEJÁVEIS:
- Ensino Médio completo
- Experiência na área de eventos, hotelaria ou atendimento
- Conhecimento básico em Pacote Office e Internet
- Inglês intermediário
- 5x2
