Company Description

Every Detail, a Story

Founded in 2025, LUURA is a curated collection of artful hotels – part of the Morgans Originals by Ennismore - embodying the spirit of curiosity and a culture of generosity. Born of a passion for art, design, and all things beautiful, we offer rare access to singular experiences in an atmosphere of uncommon beauty. Combining the local expertise of an intimate boutique stay with the service and amenities of a luxury escape, LUURA represents a new kind of hospitality.

At LUURA, work isn’t just a job - it’s life on the island. You’re surrounded by art, culture, and people who inspire you. Here, ideas are heard, individuality matters, and every day brings the chance to create something memorable. If you’re curious, creative, and love making moments that last, you’ll feel right at home.

The Island Chapter: Two Openings

We’re bringing LUURA to the beautiful island of Paros with not one, but two exceptional hotels:

LUURA Paros Cliff opens in May 2026 with 39 elegant rooms, our signature restaurant Mimi Kakushi, an additional in-house restaurant concept, and much more to explore.

Following a year later, with 49 more rooms and additional vibrant F&B venues that capture the spirit of the island Luura Paros Sand will open its doors.

Born of curiosity, raised on culture, these two properties are an invitation to uncover the unexpected — from sea-view suites to buzzing beach clubs — in settings that feel intriguingly unfamiliar yet deeply comfortable.

  • Ensure compliance with contracts, legal requirements, and risk management procedures; coordinate with Cluster Sales Director and the legal team on sales and events policies and contracts.
  • Produce, review, and maintain accurate agreements for all sales and events activities. Maintain relevant archives.
  • Report to the Cluster Sales Director the sales and events-related revenue and expenses.
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of competitor and market activity, particularly in events and group offerings and propose strategies with the Cluster Sales Director.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with key clients and accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and repeat business.
  • Work closely with Revenue, Marketing, and hotel leadership to coordinate promotions, and campaigns.
  • Support the Cluster Sales Director in aligning cross-departmental objectives to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Identify and pursue leads across all sales and events segments, ensuring results and KPIs are met.
  • Maintain momentum in business development by keeping active client and prospect lists.
  • Be hands-on in running events, coordinating activities, and ensuring smooth execution before, during, and after each event.
  • Maintain clean archives and organized folders, including blueprints, SOPs, and training materials for sales and events, in close collaboration with the Cluster Sales Director.
  • Engage directly with clients and guests as needed to ensure superior service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of engagement with customers across all sales and events segments.
  • Uphold etiquette, professionalism, and attention to detail when interacting with guests, reflecting the intimate and service-driven nature of the property.
