Royal Service Agent

By being an ambassador of our brand as a Royal Service Agent, you have the potential to create lasting memories for our guests when assistance is delivered with genuine warmth. The engaging and anticipative service you provide over the telephone will make our guests feel valued and reflect the exceptional hotel experience they will have while on our property and for visits to come.
 

What you will be doing:

• Maintain a perpetual presence by remaining attentive and answering every internal and external call in a professional and warm manner.
• Take ownership of each caller’s requests by championing each opportunity and ensure follow up according to the hotel’s standards.
• Enter room reservations, update reservations including cancellations, rescheduling, shortening length of stay in accordance with reservation policies.
• Assist with Folio requests, billing inquiries, and billing corrections.

Your experience and skills include:

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Must have a strong focus on guest service, satisfaction, and exceeding expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• High School Diploma or previous hotel experience an asset. (Hospitality Diploma is a benefit)
