What you will be doing:

  • Receiving calls from guests, colleagues, and clients and ensuring all needs are met on this call
  • Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service
  • Following up on service requests from various departments within the hotel
  • Conduct Reservation checks to ensure all reservations are set up correctly for a smooth guest arrival experience 
  • Book room reservation requests and update accurate information in the system
  • Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
  • Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
  • Strong interpersonal, multi-tasking and problem solving abilities
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
