Job Description
Housekeeping is the heart of the hotel, and first impressions matter. As a Room Attendant at Raffles Makkah Palace, you will play a vital role in creating memorable experiences for every guest by ensuring that guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and luxury will enhance the guest experience and inspire our guests to return.
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
- Basic English skills are a must.
- Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A team player who works collaboratively, contributes positively, and proactively supports colleagues.
- Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
