Job Description

Our Housekeeping department is the heart of our hotel's operations. Our Room Attendants play a crucial role in ensuring the immaculate upkeep and cleanliness of all suites and rooms. Reporting directly to our Executive Housekeeper, your primary responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms and public areas to the highest standard, maintaining appropriate stock levels of linen, minibar items, and guest amenities, and reporting any lost property in accordance with proper procedures.


Qualifications

  • This is a physically demanding role and requires you to be physically fit and able to perform the role requirements.
  • Previous experience in similar roles demonstrates your understanding of the role's requirements and the physical demands.
  • Ability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
  • Service-oriented with an eye for detail
