Job Description

  • Attend daily briefings and takes on daily assigned tasks/ Tham d các cuc hp giao ban hàng ngày và đm nhn các nhim v được giao hàng ngày
  • Understand the difference in guest levels (VIPs) and Room Categories/ Hiu s khác bit v cp đ quan trng ca khách (VIPs) và các hng phòng
  • Clean and maintain areas of responsibility according to standards and procedure/ V sinh và duy trì các khu vc chu trách nhim theo tiêu chun và quy trình
  • Replenish guest supplies and ensure that guests requests are promptly attended to/ B sung đ dùng min phí cho khách và đm bo mi yêu cu ca khách được đáp ng kp thi.
  • Report damage or malfunction in hotel rooms/areas to Supervisor/ Báo cáo thit hi hoc s c trong phòng / khu vc ca khách sn cho Người giám sát
  • Maintain equipment in a proper state of cleanliness/ Duy trì thiết b trng thái sch s
  • Maintain a section room report as well as a daily productivity report/ Duy trì báo cáo phòng cũng như báo cáo năng sut hàng ngày
  • Reports lost and found articles to the housekeeping office immediately/ Báo cáo “đ tht lc và tìm thy đến văn phòng Bung ngay khi tìm thy
  • Handle guest complaints tactfully, and report incidents or any other irregularities to Supervisor in a timely manner/ X lý khiếu ni ca khách mt cách khéo léo và báo cáo s c hoc bt k s bt thường nào khác cho Người giám sát kp thi
  • Report unusual behavior/activities in guestroom, floors/ public areas to Supervisor/ Báo cáo hành vi / hot đng bt thường trong phòng khách, sàn / khu vc công cng cho Người giám sát
  • Record room status in allocated section accurately/ Ghi li tình trng phòng trong phn được phân b chính xác
  • Carry out valet services when required (e.g. delivery of linen, processing laundry orders)/ Thc hin các vic khác khi được yêu cu (ví d: giao vi lanh, x lý đ git khác )
  • Handle Mini Bar check for in house guest. When guest consumes, write on Minibar voucher and relay to Housekeeping Coordinator the items for refill. Minibar Attendant to replenish/ Kim tra đ Mini Bar trong phòng khách . Nếu khách s dng, ghi vào hoá đơn và báo cho nhân viên điu phi bung phòng đ đt thêm cho khách s dng.

Qualifications

  • Secondary school education

Tt nghip trung hc cơ s

  • Can speak English is an advantage
