- Hotel urbano de 65 habitaciones ubicado en el centro.
- Estilo Bed&Breakfast, ofrece desayuno buffet y un espacio de lectura común.
- Principales pilares del hotel:
- RSC
- Simbiosis con cultura local
- Sostenibilidad cualitativa.
Funciones y responsabilidades
- Realizar los procesos de check-in y check-out.
- Atención al cliente presencial, telefónica y digital, con un trato cercano y natural.
- Gestión de reservas y coordinación con otros servicios del hotel.
- Resolución de incidencias, quejas o conflictos de forma autónoma, eficaz y orientada a la satisfacción del cliente.
- Manejo de sistemas informáticos y herramientas de gestión hotelera.
- Tareas administrativas básicas y control de caja.
- Apoyo en el servicio de desayunos, cubriendo el turno cuando sea necesario.
- Velar por el buen uso de los recursos del hotel y el cumplimiento de los procedimientos internos.
Requisitos imprescindibles
- Formación preferiblemente relacionada con:
- Turismo
- Hostelería
- Atención al cliente
- Gestión o administración
- Idiomas:
- Español e inglés fluidos (imprescindible).
- Se valorarán otros idiomas, especialmente francés.
- Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y sistemas de gestión.
Se valorará
- Formación complementaria en:
- Atención al cliente
- Administración
- Ofimática
- Gestión hotelera
- Experiencia previa en recepción, hostelería o restauración.
- Experiencia trabajando de forma autónoma o en turnos en solitario.
Condiciones del puesto
- Turnos rotativos de mañana, tarde y noches cuando sea necesario.
- Disponibilidad horaria de lunes a domingo, según planificación.
- Trabajo en un entorno dinámico, urbano y polivalente.
