Movenpick Hotel & Resort Al Bida’a Kuwait is situated on a stunning beach with white sand merging into azure waters. Located just 15 minutes from Kuwait International Airport and ten minutes from Kuwait’s well-known shopping district in Salmiya, our 5 star hotel has a location that suits both business and leisure travelers alike.

Job Description

What you'll do...

  • Provide the highest level of customer care, and to provide a friendly, helpful and responsive level of service for our guests.
  • Be responsible for the cleaning and servicing of the hotel rooms.
  • Ensure the highest levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel.
  • Ensure that the rooms adhere to all brand standards and quality audit standards.
  • Ensure that all Health and Safety standards are adhered to and any breaches in standards are reported to the Head Housekeeper.
  • Ensure all cleaning materials are handled correctly .
  • Attend all training sessions required.
  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude at all times, even when working to find solutions to challenges.

Qualifications

  • Your experience and skills include:

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5-star hotel.
  • Good command of English Language communication Skills.
  • Flexibility to take on various shifts.
  • Ability to work with no supervision while meeting high-performance standards.
  •  Passion for delivering personalized customer service and a strong commitment to creating the desired guest experience for all.

    ● Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills. An ability to work under pressure while maintaining a sense of poise and professionalism.

    ● An ability to naturally engage with guests and show empathy; have genuine care and concern for both the well-being of our guests and fellow team members

    ● A desire to learn and grow and a fast paced, chic, exciting environment!
