Job Description

This person will specifically assist the Revenue Strategy team to steer Accor strategy related to Revenue Management Solutions, with a forward-thinking approach in relation to the evolution of revenue management within the group and latest revenue innovations.

Reporting to a Revenue Strategy Manager, the apprentice will be a key element in the success of the group’s ambitious and exciting revenue management solutions’ short- and long-term strategy.

This person will notably conduct thorough analyses of revenue management solutions to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the continuous enhancement of system performance across the group. Participate actively in Revenue Strategy projects, bringing a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Develop and implement action plans based on analytical findings to drive stronger performance and optimize revenue strategies.

The person will also assist in key revenue management project initiatives and support executive stakeholders within the business in developing business strategies, inclusive of long-term goals and objectives, key risk management, and driving business performances via the group’s revenue solutions.

The role is also highly collaborative: the apprentice will indeed help in cross-functional team collaborations, working with business counterparts centrally, product, IT, and other stakeholders across the organization to ensure that the business’s departmental strategies are aligned to advance the overall Accor strategy.

What you will be doing:

  • Conduct thorough analyses of revenue management solutions to identify improvement areas and enhance system performance across the group.
  • Document analytical processes and findings in detail, contributing to best practices and team knowledge sharing.
  • Actively participate in Revenue Strategy projects, applying a data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Develop and implement action plans based on analysis to drive stronger performance and optimize revenue strategies.
  • Support the creation and presentation of reports and dashboards to communicate performance metrics and improvement strategies to stakeholders.
  • Along with the manager, work and follow up projects with various team to deliver suite of Accor referenced products and integrations between all of type of hotel’s systems (PMS, CRS, RMS).

Qualifications

Qualifications

Education level: student from a Business School or Engineering or University and/or completing a master’s degree in hospitality management

  • Language: Fluent in English, French is a plus. 90% of deliverables will be in English.

Your experience and skills include:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive approach to tackling challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A strong interest in Revenue Management
  • Experience or basic understanding of Revenue Management is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Technology savvy with a willingness and the curiosity to understand BI tools/processes
