REVENUE MANAGER MULTI-HOTELS (H/F)
Mission:
Rattachement hiérarchique : Responsable Revenue Management
Hôtels concernés : Novotel Nice Centre Vieux Nice -Ibis styles Nice Centre Gare - Le 1932 Hôtel & Spa Cap D’Antibes MGallery ; Les hôtels font partie du réseau KER Hospitality représentant plus de 60 hôtels franchisés en France et au Portugal.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES : En tant que Revenue Manager Multi-Hôtels, vous êtes en charge de définir et piloter la stratégie de Revenue Management pour trois hôtels Accor situés sur la Côte d’Azur, afin de maximiser les revenus et la rentabilité. Vous intervenez sur un marché à forte saisonnalité, concurrentiel et en constante évolution, en lien direct avec la responsable Revenue Management, les directeurs des établissements et les équipes commerciales.
STRATEGIE & PERFORMANCE:
- Définir les stratégies de vente en collaboration avec les directeurs des hôtels et les équipes commerciales.
- Assurer l’optimisation quotidienne du pricing, des recommandations et des prévisions via le RMS G3 IdeAs
- Suivre quotidiennement les montées en charge de vos hôtels et ajuster la stratégie à l’aide des outils mis à votre disposition
- Vérifier la qualité des données entre le Channel Manager , le PMS et le RMS et accompagnement des hôtels
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle régulière afin de suivre le marché et les concurrents en termes de stratégie et de pricing
- Utiliser les différents leviers à votre disposition pour optimiser le revenu des hôtels et êtes force de proposition
REPORTING & ANALYSES :
- Analyser chaque mois la performance de vos établissements et préparer un rapport pour chaque hôtel
- Préparer le point des ventes de l’activité de façon régulière et animer la réunion avec les directeurs de chaque hôtel et la responsable Revenue Management
- Effectuer des analyses régulières afin de comprendre au mieux l’activité des hôtels, mesurer la performance et des actions mises en place
- Réaliser des forcasts précis et suivre les budgets avec les directeurs des hôtels
SUPPORT ET COLLABORATION :
- Vous reporter au Responsable RM avec qui vous travaillez en étroite collaboration pour optimiser l’activité des hôtels.
- Etre en contact régulier avec les directeurs des hôtels afin que la stratégie soit commune
- Collaborer avec les équipes réception et réservation pour fluidifier les processus de ventes et améliorer le taux de conversion.
- Former les équipes sur les bonnes pratiques de Revenue Management

Profile:
Maîtrise des systèmes IdeaS/ FOLS/ Hotel Distribution, et Excel avancé.
Bonne compréhension des enjeux de distribution digitale et e-commerce hôtelier.
Anglais professionnel courant.
Rigueur, esprit analytique et autonomie
Excellentes capacités de communication.
Force de proposition et orientation résultats.
Flexibilité et capacité à travailler dans un environnement multi-sites.
