MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Le ou la Revenue Analyst multi-hôtels aura en charge un périmètre de 7 hôtels Accor situés à Pertuis, Manosque, Gap, Toulouse, Libourne. La personne sera rattachée aux hôtels et dépendra du Responsable Revenue Manager. Le poste est basé à Nice au sein du Novotel Nice centre. Les hôtels font partie du réseau KER Hospitality représentant plus de 60 hôtels franchisés en France et au Portugal.
PILOTAGE DE L'ACTIVITE
- vous avez en charge le pilotage de l’activité des hôtels sous la supervision du Responsable revenue manager
- Vous Participez au paramétrage et à la mise en place du nouveau RMS IdeAs pour l’ensemble des hôtels
- Vous êtes garant de la qualité des données
- Vous définissez la stratégie pricing public de départ
- Vous suivez quotidiennement les montées en charge de vos hôtels et ajustez la stratégie à l’aide des outils mis à votre disposition
- Vous changez les prix, pilotez les ouvertures/ fermetures de canaux, utilisez les restrictions pour optimiser le CA Hébergement des hôtels de votre périmètre
- Vous pilotez la distribution (direct vs indirect)
- Vous assurez une veille concurrentielle régulière afin de suivre le marché et les concurrents en termes de stratégie et de pricing
- Vous utilisez les différents leviers à votre disposition pour optimiser le revenu des hôtels et êtes force de proposition
- Vous animez un yield meeting hebdomadaire
- Vous êtes en contact régulier avec les directeurs afin que la stratégie soit commune sur les hôtels
- Vous reportez à la Responsable RM et travaillez en étroite collaboration pour optimiser l’activité des hôtels
REPORTING ET ANALYSES
- Vous analysez chaque mois la performance de vos établissements et préparez un rapport pour chaque hôtel
- Vous préparez le point des ventes de l’activité de façon hebdomadaire et animez la réunion avec les directeurs de chaque hôtel et le responsable Revenue Manager
- Vous effectuez des analyses ponctuelles afin de comprendre au mieux l’activité des hôtels, mesurer la performance et des actions mises en place

Connaissances techniques :
- Excel avancé (Formules & tableaux croisés dynamiques)
- Outils Accor (Hotel Distribution, FOLS, Opéra, Ideas)
- Anglais indispensable
