Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager at Novotel Kolkata will spearhead online marketing & communication strategies to increase the hotel’s digital footprint, drive traffic, and boost revenue. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience with digital platforms, all while staying aligned with the hotel's brand positioning and goals.

• • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, website traffic, and web-direct growth bookings for rooms, F&B outlets and events
  • Lead multi-channel digital campaigns across social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content marketing in collaboration with external partners
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all digital touchpoints
  • Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI online 

• Has digital marketing agency experience- minimum 2 years
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a digital marketing role, preferably in hospitality or a related field.
• Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and social media platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, content marketing, and influencer marketing.
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Data-driven approach with an ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
• Knowledge of design and content creation tools is a plus (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
