Swissotel Al Ghurair & Swissotel Living Al Ghurair Hotel is a 620-room-and-suite upper upscale property. Catering for both business and leisure clientele. The hotel is located in Deira in the heart of Dubai and within easy reach of major tourist landmarks, leisure destinations and city services. It is linked to the Al Ghurair Shopping Centre, only 3 stops away on the Dubai Metro from the Dubai World Trade Centre and a 10 minute drive from Dubai International Airport.
As a Revenue Analyst, you will be responsible to be vigilant and appropriate tactical measures and actively contribute towards revenue generation through effective management of several revenue streams. Able to effectively exercise impact, influence and collaboration with colleagues on all levels in the organization, building strong working relationships which ensure that all sections of the business are aligned to support the agreed tactical and strategic approaches and objectives

What you will be doing:
- Monitor competitor pricing, understands the dynamic of local market and the demand generators, and recommend appropriate actions.
- Prepares for weekly revenue/Yield meetings with reports .
- Work closely with Director of Revenue in preparing weekly/monthly reports including forecast for all revenue streams.
- Work closely with Reservations Manager.
- Using tools provided (Opera, IDeaS, My Information Manager) maintains, updates and shares information in the areas required, market segments analysis and demographic.
- Under the supervision of the Director of Revenue coordinate the preparation of annual budget.
- Conduct and communicate results and assist with recommendation and observations from Hotelligence and Demanda360 reports.
- Conduct OTA audits to ensure rate parity throughout our online channels.
- Champion special projects relating to market research and competitor activities.
- Any other duties and tasks as directed by the Director of Revenue that assist and support hotel operations.
- Create and implement automated reports as needed.
- On an ongoing basis control and analyse revenue trends to ensure performance against budget/market trends; implementing corrective measures where necessary to produce positive results.
- Creation of team-working environment promoting morale and commitment, pride and performance in the reservations department and the hotel
- Daily Pickup report updates include managing control room availability, control group blocks, and the availability Chart to monitor pricing for 90/180/365 days out.
- Maintain third-party websites, update GDS via CRS & Opera, and monitor tasks related to IDeaS and upselling programs.
- Work closely with the Reservations Manager to manage overbooking policies and ensure accurate market segmentation and rate codes for business.
- Attending weekly Revenue and weekly reservations meeting and supporting budget and forecast meeting and facilitating monthly Revenue Managers Conference calls
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in revenue management or related roles within the hospitality industry
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in revenue management systems and data analytics tools.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Possessing the trait of being organized and multi-tasking
- Ability to meet the deadlines
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving revenue targets and driving profitability.
