Job Description

  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor behaviour to develop effective revenue strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to align pricing and promotional efforts.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to maximize occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of pricing strategies and recommend adjustments as needed.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive reports highlighting revenue performance and opportunities for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to stay ahead in revenue management.
  • Maintain database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
  • Provide supporting documentation and analysis to internal and external auditors as needed
  • Review contracts, sales orders and purchase orders to assess proper revenue recognition treatment
  • Develop, validate, challenge and explain key trends, indicators and performance.
  • Prepare monthly , daily and weekly reports and any other reports requested from Revenue department.
  • Support initiatives to drive efficiencies around revenue recognition and reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify and resolve study or guest-related issues.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to understand what impacts revenue and provide indicators of changing revenue markets.
  • Contribute to the revenue team in develop and improving upon the revenue model.
  • Assist in performing relative selling price analysis for multiple element arrangements, coordinating with multiple departments in the organization to analyze pricing for product/service offerings.


  • Previous experience in a Hotel. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A passion for the hospitality industry and a drive to deliver exceptional results. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, accounting, & or computer science.
  • Fluent with SQL and other programming languages.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office ( excel, word , PowerPoint) .
  • Requires careful attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities
