Restaurant Waiter/ress

Novotel London West is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.

We are excited to be looking for an Restaurant Waiter/ress to join our team. We are looking for someone who is experienced in this field and above all, someone who enjoys being part of team, working with our clients and is enthusiastic, creative and passionate about what they do!

Responsibilities include: 

• Provide a warm welcome for guests and making recommendations from the menu/drinks list if requested.
• Deliver an excellent customer service that anticipates individual guest needs.
• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Prepare and set tables for the next guests.
• Ensure the food service area is left clean and tidy once guests have left.
• Adhere to food hygiene and food safety standards.

• Previous work experience as Events Manager in a 4 - 5 star hotel
• Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
• Proven commercial acumen through previous roles
• Fluent in English - spoken & written
• Must be legally eligible to work in UK
