Together with the restaurant manager you will make sure that your employees have everything a strong team needs. The restaurant is marketed as an independent concept in close cooperation with NENI, the concept provider, and is aimed specifically at the neighbourhood with eclectic Balagan-style dishes. Several times a year, Haya Molcho comes by in person and cooks together with all her colleagues. In our NENI Berlin we are looking forward to seeing you as a Restaurant Supervisor (f/m/d).
Job Description
How does your working day look like ...
- You ensure smooth processes, clean tables and workstations in the ward so that you can work hand in hand as a team - even when all guests arrive at the same time
- You work in a coordinated and structured manner in both the early and late shift
- You are responsible for the high standard of our food and ensure that colleagues enjoy an equally special service experience
- Training new employees and trainees
- As a trained restaurateur, you never run out of things to do and conjure up the wow on the guest's face
Qualifications
Your personality counts more than your CV ...
- You have management experience in a similar role and speak fluent English
- You can inspire your colleagues just as much as your guests. You also find it easy to communicate charmingly, even when things get tricky
- You are passionate about good food and drinks and enjoy discovering new concepts
- You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
- You not only bring your skills to the table, but also your character
