In Mariánské Lázně, we are opening a premium hotel with 125 rooms and suites, featuring the 105 Dining Lounge, The Bohemian Bar, our SwissCafé, and the rooftop "Pod Oblaky" Lifestyle Lounge. The hotel will also offer three conference rooms and a boardroom. A highlight of the property will be the Purovel Spa & Sport, combining Swiss precision with the spa tradition of Mariánské Lázně.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Lead daily restaurant and bar operations – supervise the floor, assign service stations, and ensure smooth delivery of à la carte, beverage, and evening service.
• Motivate and guide your team – mentor waitstaff, bartenders, and junior colleagues; support training and foster a culture of teamwork and professionalism.
• Deliver exceptional service – maintain Swissôtel’s luxury service standards, manage guest interactions, and create a refined, welcoming atmosphere.
• Take full operational responsibility – handle opening and closing duties, control inventory and supplies, oversee equipment care, and manage financial transactions.
• Work across departments – communicate with the kitchen, front office, and engineering to ensure a coordinated, guest-focused operation.
• Ensure safety and hygiene compliance – maintain a spotless environment and enforce all HACCP and safety standards.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? The ideal candidate:

• A confident and proactive leader with proven experience in restaurant or bar management (minimum 3 years in a supervisory role).
• Skilled in both service operations and people management, with a flair for hospitality.
• Fluent in Czech and German; English is a strong advantage.
• Background in 4- or 5-star hotels is highly preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and time-management skills.
• Detail-oriented, passionate, and committed to delivering hospitality that goes above and beyond.
