Restaurant Supervisor

Novotel London West Hotel is part of Accor, the leading global hospitality group. It is one of the largest conference and accommodation providers within Accor. The hotel provides the international business community with space for up to 3000 delegates across 33 meeting rooms. It accommodates both business and leisure guests in one of our 630 bedrooms.

As our next Restaurant Supervisor, you will …

• Provide guidance and support to the Restaurant team, helping them to achieve their potential and accomplish overall departmental objectives.
• Assist the Restaurant Manager to ensure that Artisan Restaurant runs efficiently and that customers are satisfied with the quality of food, drink and service they receive.
• Give attention to detail, ensuring that that the work environment is a safe, pleasant and well-maintained space.
• Is involved in daily financial administrative tasks, stock management and end of month reporting.
