Job Description

As Restaurant Supervisor you will be supervising and delivering operations smoothly and efficiently, dealing with guests’ queries and complaints, and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.

A little bit about what you will be doing: 

  • Monitor, observe and assist in evaluating team member performance
  • To take responsibility for the restaurant during the shift, allocating team members their duties and monitoring the smooth running of the outlet.
  • To have additional responsibilities within the outlet outside of the shift; such as Schedules, incentives for sales, training etc.
  • Support and assist team members in handling guest inquiries and requests and in resolving guest complaints;
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol awareness standards
  • Manage and monitor product quality and service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly
  • Assist in monitoring inventory and inventory control
  • To attend to all guest requests, being constantly aware of anticipating guests needs and to remain in the outlet at all times during service.
  • Ensure LQA and Fairmont Standards are met at all times
  • Other duties as assigned
