Restaurant Manager

The F&B Outlet Manager holds a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Food and Beverage outlets. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee and manage the overall  dining experience for guests, maintaining the highest standards of service and quality. The F&B Outlet Manager is responsible for leading and supervising the restaurant and bar teams, coordinating with the culinary department, and implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. They play a vital role in maintaining the hotel's reputation for excellence, creating memorable dining experiences, and fostering a positive work environment for the staff.

The candidates for this position should possess a bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field, although equivalent work experience may be considered. They must have several years of relevant experience in food and beverage operations, preferably in a high-end or luxury hotel setting, with expertise in managing multiple outlets. Strong leadership skills are essential for team management and employee engagement. In-depth knowledge of food and beverage operations, financial acumen, and a guest-centric mindset are crucial for effective management. Effective communication, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, and resilience in a fast-paced industry are also key attributes for success in this role.
