THE VENUE

THE ROLE
You will lead a well banded together front of house brigade in perfect harmony who will host Sydney diners to the most exciting new venue on the block. 

Working closely with our world-renowned Head Chef, bring Birdie to life with service that surprises, inspires and leaves our inhouse and visiting guests wanting more. 

THE CANDIDATE
Curious and colourful, just like our Birdie, you will be passionate about delivering and driving exceptional food & beverage service with an authentic and welcoming style.
Experience in a stand alone restaurant or venue and or hotel environment is desirable and a motivational leadership style is essential.
