    Join a world-class team in an iconic luxury setting as a Restaurant Manager. In this leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of a high-end dining experience, ensuring flawless service, exceptional guest satisfaction, and polished team performance. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage, you will lead with vision and passion—mentoring a talented team, driving innovation, and upholding the highest standards of excellence.

    Competitive Salary: $64,000-$65,000 gross annually, based on previous experience & education

    Job Duties Include:

    Reporting to the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage. Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

    • Oversee recruitment, mentorship, and development of department leaders and colleagues, fostering a supportive and high-performing team environment.
    • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to ensure professional, engaging service while addressing guest concerns promptly and effectively.
    • Manage daily operations including reservations, service flow, cleanliness, and maintenance, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience.
    • Support financial goals through budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, payroll accuracy, and beverage program oversight.
    • Collaborate on menu development, analyze performance trends, and liaise with Conference Services and Catering for group and event coordination.

    Qualifications

    Your Skills & Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage Management, preferably in a full-service, upscale or luxury environment
    • Strong knowledge of culinary and beverage operations
    • ProServe certification required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access) and Windows operating systems
    • Experience with restaurant systems such as Silverware, Birchstreet, and Watson (preferred)
    • Post-secondary education in Hospitality or Food & Beverage Management (an asset)
    • Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and financial reporting
    • Skilled in staff scheduling and operational planning
