Responsable Technique (H/F/X)

Fort de sa localisation idéale, le Mercure Lille Centre Grand Place, hôtel de 101 chambres, met au coeur de ses ambitions la la qualité de service et le confort de ses clients.
En tant que Responsable du Service Technique, vous aurez la supervision d'un collaborateur. Vous êtes le garant du bon fonctionnement des installations des locaux techniques et des chambres ainsi que de la sécurité des biens et des personnes.
- Maintien et mise aux normes des procédures et suivis réglementaires de sécurité incendie, contrôle de l’hygiène de l’eau et contrôles obligatoires sur les différentes installations.
- Préparation et suivi des plans d’actions de la Commission de Sécurité et organismes réglementaires.
- Assurer le confort client grâce au bon suivi des prestations
- Piloter et optimiser les consommations d’énergie.
- Formation et sensibilisation de l'équipe aux procédures de sécurité et au bon respect des installations.
- Intervention dans les domaines très variés de la maintenance hôtelière : électricité, climatisation, plomberie, peinture, maintenance des équipements…
- Maintenance quotidienne préventive et curative des éléments et installations techniques de l’établissement.
- Gestion et suivi de la relation avec les partenaires en sous-traitance : appels d'offre, contrats, mission, contrôle.
- Conseiller la direction sur les besoins en interventions spécialisées et investissements
- Une première expérience dans un poste similaire est un impératif.
- Organisation, autonomie, réactivité et proactivité
- Électricité, plomberie, connaissances en chauffage & climatisation, traitement de l'eau.
- Connaissance de la réglementation ERP (Établissement recevant du public) et en sécurité incendie

Aisance relationnelle, disponibilité et réactivité, sens de l'organisation, du service et de la qualité, esprit d’équipe mais aime aussi travailler en solo
