We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and executing engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including designers, contractors, and stakeholders
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Prepare and review technical documents, including drawings, specifications, and reports
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage project changes and implement corrective actions when necessary
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical solutions
• Ensure projects adhere to local building codes and international engineering standards
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, set timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Oversee construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards.
• Manage project budgets, procure necessary materials, and coordinate team efforts to optimize productivity.
• Act as a liaison between clients, contractors, consultants, and engineers to ensure effective communication and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, cost estimates, and status updates.
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies.
• Address technical challenges promptly and implement effective solutions to keep the project on track.
•  Ensure all project activities adhere to relevant safety codes, industry regulations, and company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field)
• 3-5 years of experience in engineering project management, preferably in construction or industrial projects
• Previous experience in hospitality projects is a strong advantage
• PMP and PRMG certifications are considered assets.
• Solid understanding of engineering systems and project lifecycle management.
• Proven experience in project engineering and project management roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Microsoft Project.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera) and CAD software
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Egypt
• Knowledge of international engineering standards
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

•    Constant standing and walking throughout shift.
•    Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
•    Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting.
•    Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps.
Visa Requirements: Must be legally permitted to work in Egypt.
