Vos missions clés :
• Définir la stratégie F&B&E : Élaborer des stratégies visant à améliorer l'expérience culinaire, la fluidité du service ainsi que la rentabilité de l'établissement.
• Promotion de l’hôtel en proposant des évènements ponctuels (organisation et communication)
• Management d'équipe : recruter, former et motiver une équipe performante.
• Contrôle des coûts et gestion du budget : gérer efficacement les budgets et optimiser les coûts des matières premières.
• Gestion des opérations quotidiennes : superviser les opérations et assurer le contrôle de la qualité.
• Développement du service client : promouvoir un accueil client de qualité et recueillir leurs retours.
• Collaboration entre les départements : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements pour garantir une expérience client optimale et cohérente.
Votre expérience et vos compétences incluent :
- Expérience minimum de 2 ans en tant qu'Assistant F&B Manager dans l'hôtellerie/restauration.
- Expérience en Entertainment
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en gestion de personnel.
- Sens du service client développé avec une forte orientation satisfaction client.
- Capacité à gérer les situations de stress avec calme et professionnalisme.
- Connaissance et application des normes d’hygiène alimentaire, de sécurité, et de gestion des risques (HACCP, règles sanitaires).
