1.Stratégie Marketing & Communication
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre le plan marketing et communication en lien avec la stratégie globale de l’hôtel.
- Développer des campagnes de communication multicanal (print, digital, relations publiques, etc.).
- Assurer une veille concurrentielle et analyser les tendances du marché hôtelier et touristique.
2. Communication & Image de Marque
- Veiller à la cohérence de l’image de l’hôtel sur tous les supports (site web, réseaux sociaux, brochures, etc.).
- Rédiger et superviser la création de contenus promotionnels (articles, newsletters, visuels, vidéos, etc.).
- Gérer les relations avec les médias et influenceurs pour assurer une couverture médiatique optimale.
- Organiser des événements et partenariats stratégiques pour promouvoir l’établissement.
3. Marketing Digital & Réseaux Sociaux
- Gérer et animer les réseaux sociaux de l’hôtel (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Optimiser la présence en ligne via le SEO, SEA et campagnes publicitaires.
- Suivre et analyser les performances des campagnes digitales à l’aide d’outils analytiques.
4. Relations Publiques et Partenariats
- Développer et entretenir des relations avec les agences de communication, partenaires, blogueurs et influenceurs.
- Gérer les collaborations et partenariats stratégiques pour accroître la visibilité de l’hôtel.
- Assurer la gestion des relations presse et la rédaction des communiqués de presse.
5. Communication Interne
- Mettre en place une communication interne efficace pour informer et motiver les équipes.
- Développer des outils internes (newsletters, affichages, réunions d’information, etc.).
Compétences requises
- Excellente maîtrise des stratégies de marketing et communication.
- Compétences en gestion de projet et coordination d’événements.
- Bonne connaissance du marketing digital et des outils analytiques.
- Excellentes capacités rédactionnelles et sens de la créativité.
- Expérience en gestion des réseaux sociaux et en relations publiques.
- Maîtrise des outils graphiques (Canva, Photoshop, InDesign) et des plateformes digitales.
- Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral).
Formation & Expérience
- Diplôme en Marketing, Communication, Tourisme ou Hôtellerie.
- Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur hôtelier ou du luxe.
