¡Esta puede ser tu oportunidad! En ibis Styles Sant Joan Despí, parte de la cadena Accor, estamos en búsqueda de un/a Responsable de Alimentos y Bebidas para liderar e impulsar la oferta gastronómica del hotel.
Misión de la posición:
Reportando directamente a la Dirección del hotel, será responsable de la gestión de Alimentos y Bebidas, con foco en la dinamización de la oferta, supervisión operativa y la optimización operativa del departamento, todo ello con una clara orientación a la experiencia del cliente.
Principales responsabilidades:
- Dinamizar la oferta gastronómica en todos los puntos de venta, maximizando su atractivo y rentabilidad.
- Coordinar la operación diaria del departamento, liderando un equipo polivalente que cubren tanto cocina como sala.
- Gestionar el servicio en los espacios de salas y reuniones, asegurando la excelencia en el servicio y el cumplimiento de los estándares.
- Impulsar del posicionamiento F&B del hotel dentro del segmento, aportando un enfoque fresco, diferencial y creativo.
- Implementar y mantener estándares de calidad, higiene y seguridad alimentaria, conforme a la normativa vigente.
- Realizar seguimiento de la satisfacción del cliente y proponer acciones de mejora continua.
- Coordinar con el resto de departamentos del hotel para asegurar una operación fluida y orientada al cliente.
- Identificar oportunidades de desarrollo comercial y alianzas con proveedores o actores locales
- Experiencia en restauración, idealmente con conocimientos de restauración de 5ª gama y operación de cocina propia.
- Perfil operativo, creativo y orientado a resultados.
- Capacidad para gestionar equipos polivalentes en entornos con alta carga operativa.
- Se valorará experiencia como jefe de sector o similar.
