Responsable Commercial F/H
Mission:
En tant que futur responsable séminaires et banquets votre objectif principal sera d’assurer la gestion et la rentabilité des salles de conférences, réunions et séminaires de l’hôtel. Doté(e) d’une excellente présentation et d’un très bon sens relationnel, vous possédez une grande adaptabilité et avez à cœur la satisfaction d’une clientèle variée.
Ventes :
Conseiller les clients
Gérer le portefeuille clients et réaliser le suivi des offres : follow-up
Assurer la bonne communication de nos promotions MICE
Participer à la stratégie commerciale MICE
Développer la relation clients/fidélisation
Assurer la conversion des demandes en événements confirmés
Assurer l’animation du portefeuille de clients par le biais d’offres ponctuelles internes + prospection téléphonique
Suivre rigoureusement et dans les délais, les dossiers en cours : relances des options et renégociation
Contribuer à l’atteinte des objectifs de CA et de nombre de couverts
Elaborer le budget, suivre le portefeuille mensuel, et réaliser les commentaires de fin de mois concernant la partie commerciale
Préparer et mettre en œuvre des actions commerciales pour reconquérir le segment MICE
Etre garant de la qualité de service et du suivi qualitatif des manifestations de l’accueil au départ des clients (ouverture, qualité des prestations restauration, etc)
Suivre la comptabilité et la gestion des comptes débiteurs du service commercial
RELATIONNEL :
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec la responsable restauration, le chef de cuisine, mais aussi l’ensemble des autres chefs de service
Etre garant de la communication entre les services en amont et lors des manifestations séminaires
Participer aux animations de l’hôtel (after-work, animations séminaires, testing de la carte)
Management :
S’assurer que tous les collaborateurs de votre périmètre fournissent un service courtois et professionnel
Veiller à ce que l’équipe offre les meilleures prestations en respectant la demande du client et au développement du CA de l’hôtel
Répartition du travail, contrôle, mise en place de procédures
Gestion administrative du département
Préparer et participer au revenue meeting ; tenue
hebdomadaire du forecast banquet et gestion des groupes à 4 mois
