Residential Electrical Technician

The Residential Electrical Technician maintains efficient operations of various systems and equipment within the property. They are responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The job involves troubleshooting, diagnosing issues, conducting inspections, and performing necessary repairs or replacements. They ensure timely project completion while minimizing disruptions to guest services. They also assist with energy conservation initiatives and provide technical support to guests and colleagues. With precision and expertise, the Residential Electrical Technician contributes to creating a seamless and comfortable environment for guests, which upholds the residence's reputation for excellence in hospitality.

Candidates applying for this role must have a high school diploma or equivalent, along with technical training in electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, or general maintenance. It is essential to have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, along with familiarity with maintenance procedures, troubleshooting techniques, and safety regulations. Prior experience in maintenance, engineering, or a related field is preferred, and experience in luxury hospitality would be an added advantage.
