Job Description

  • Manage hotel operations to maximize profitability and to ensure superior guest experience.​
  • Identify and implement strategic performance drivers to optimize commercial performance and attract a diverse range of international travelers to the hotel.
  • Create a performance-driven culture that ensures the hotel meets the business objectives of key stakeholders: guests, employees, owners, and Accor.


  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Hotel Manager, Resident Manager, Executive Assistant Manager, or other senior leadership roles with strong experience in the Rooms department.
  • Good people leadership skills will ensure that the preferred candidate can manage a small multi-skilled team in a boutique hotel with 40% of room nights sold to medium/long-term residents.
  • We encourage applicants with a passion for customer service and a strong record of operational experience to apply. While e-commerce, marketing, and distribution skills are welcome, we are willing to teach these important skills to the right applicant.
  • Fluent in English and Thai.
