Residence Concierge

Become part of the first Raffles hotel in the Americas. Help launch the brand and re-define luxury hospitality in the heart of Boston's Back Bay. Be an ambassador for the brand and your hotel where you will utilize your passion for hospitality and guest service to ensure an engaged team, consistent guest satisfaction and outstanding operating results.  

The Residence Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and guests by offering prompt and friendly personal & building assistance, providing convenient amenities, and executing daily activities. They will be creating a welcoming environment and providing current information about the local area, attractions and events. Residence Concierge is also responsible for greeting residence owners, assisting with questions, and providing recommendations and directions to restaurants, attractions and events in the area.

• 2 years of Concierge experience in a luxury setting required
• College degree preferred; High School diploma required.
• Must be proficient in Windows, and must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Must have extensive knowledge of the area and be able to give directions clearly.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
