Job Description

Joining our dedicated Reservations team, our full time Reservations Sales Agent will provide a luxury booking experience to our guests. Within this role you will:

  • Provide efficient and professional service to all guests via phone and email 
  • Assist guests with availability, room selection, and rates while promoting the hotel's services and special offers
  • Craft tailor made stays and memorable experiences 
  • Process reservations and update guest profiles
  • Multitask to ensure deadlines and timeframes are met
  • Foster a positive selling approach to maximise both occupancy and rates

Qualifications

  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with strong and clear communication skills
  • Experience in a service environment, ideally in a similar role
  • Passion for providing friendly personalised customer service
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and problem solve
  • Opera PMS experience preferred, however not essential
