Job Description
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online channels
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of reservations
- Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, services, and promotions
- Maximize room revenue and occupancy by upselling and cross-selling
- Collaborate with front office, revenue and sales teams to ensure smooth operations
- Resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest preferences
- Attend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by management.
- Perform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by the Management.
- Report any complaints, incidents or other irregularities to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma in Hospitality or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
- Knowledge in Opera is advantageous but not compulsory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to details and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
