Las 183 habitaciones y suites, con luz natural, cuentan con un alegre mural de Ara Starck y presentan una decoración moderna y relajante. El Mondrian Condesa también tiene cuatro restaurantes y bares adorados por la comunidad local.
El agente de reservas desempeña un papel crucial en el apoyo a las operaciones de recepción, garantizando que las reservas de habitaciones de hotel se realicen con precisión y proporcionando una experiencia perfecta a nuestros huéspedes. Este puesto es responsable de prestar servicios a los huéspedes, realizar tareas administrativas como la gestión de reservas de habitaciones de hotel y apoyar la consecución de los objetivos de ingresos del hotel. De igual forma, este puesto requiere excelentes habilidades de comunicación, atención al detalle y la capacidad de realizar varias tareas a la vez en un entorno dinámico y de ritmo rápido.
- Responder a las llamadas entrantes y a los correos electrónicos de los huéspedes de forma rápida, amable y profesional, proporcionando información sobre las habitaciones, tarifas y servicios del hotel, y ayudando con las reservas de habitaciones y las consultas.
- Utilizar el sistema de reservas del hotel para gestionar eficazmente la disponibilidad de habitaciones, tarifas y paquetes, asegurándose de que el sistema esté actualizado y sea preciso en todo momento.
- Tramitar las reservas, modificaciones y cancelaciones de habitaciones y proporcionar a los huéspedes información detallada sobre el proceso de reserva, las políticas y los procedimientos.
- Procesar la facturación y los pagos con precisión, asegurándose de que la reserva está garantizada y es correcta,
- Mantener un alto nivel de conocimiento sobre las instalaciones, servicios y atracciones locales del hotel para proporcionar recomendaciones e información a los huéspedes cuando sea necesario.
Su experiencia y habilidades incluyen:
- Experiencia previa en reservas hoteleras o en un puesto similar de atención al cliente.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, tanto verbal como escrita.
- Familiaridad con el sistema Opera.
- Manejo de formas de pago y terminales bancarias.
- Conocimiento en OTAS.
- Gran atención al detalle y capacidad de organización.
- Capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y gestionar múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
- Orientación al cliente y compromiso con la prestación de un servicio excepcional.
- Flexibilidad para rolar turnos y trabajar en fines de semana.
RESPONSABILIDADES ADICIONALES
- Comunicarse eficazmente, tanto verbalmente como por escrito, para dar instrucciones claras.
- Hablar a los empleados utilizando un tono de voz positivo y claro, escuchar y comprender las peticiones, responder con acciones apropiadas y proporcionar información precisa.
- Mantener la calma y estar alerta, especialmente en situaciones de emergencia y/o de gran actividad, sirviendo de modelo para el equipo y los demás empleados. Interactuar con el personal de otros departamentos y con el personal del centro cuando sea necesario.
- Tomar decisiones y realizar acciones basándose en la experiencia y el buen juicio, revisando a veces los procedimientos para adaptarse a situaciones inusuales.
