Las 183 habitaciones y suites, con luz natural, cuentan con un alegre mural de Ara Starck y presentan una decoración moderna y relajante. El Mondrian Condesa también tiene cuatro restaurantes y bares adorados por la comunidad local.
Objetivo del puesto:
Gestiona solicitudes individuales y grupales de habitaciones, asegurando el correcto registro de cada una de ellas. Busca el máximo ingreso, administrando correctamente el inventario y registrando los ingresos correctos de acuerdo a las fechas y estrategias de la propiedad.
Responsabilidades y funciones clave:
Gestión de Reservaciones:
- Atención de reservaciones individuales vía telefónica o e-mail, utilizando las herramientas de Accor para cotizar, consultar tarifas y validar disponibilidad en las diferentes categorías de la propiedad.
- Atención de reservaciones en grupos abiertos, respetando la tarifa y beneficios negociados, asegurando garantizar cada reservación solicitada o generada.
- Asegurar la correcta integración de cada reservación en nuestro PMS sin importar el canal.
- Ingreso de reservaciones al PMS de las diferentes agencias que no están en conectividad.
- Colocar las instrucciones de pago, notas, traces y garantía a cada una de las reservaciones.
- Ingresar Rooming List de grupos colocando las instrucciones que correspondan.
- Control de Profiles individuales y de compañía en PMS
Control y validación de comisiones originadas por OTA´s:
- Conciliación de factura de comisión de cada una de las extranets para validar que cada una de ellas correspondan a estancias efectivas.
- Conciliación en el sistema Fastcome para validar la factura semanal correspondiente.
Otras Actividades
- Ingreso y seguimiento de facturas de pago correspondientes al área en el sistema Birchstreet.
- Cobro de estancias con condiciones de prepago vía VCC de OTA´s.
- Balance del inventario para evitar sobreventa de categorías.
- Seguimiento a mensajes de huéspedes en las diferentes Extranets.
Experiencia:
- Educación: Título universitario en Administración Hotelera, Turismo o afines (preferible).
- Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en un hotel de lujo, preferente en roles como, reservaciones, recepción.
Conocimientos:
- Conocimiento y uso avanzado de los sistemas de gestión hotelera (PMS Opera)
- Manejo de las diferentes extranet de las principales OTA´s
- Ventas y atención telefónica con un alto nivel de servicio al cliente.
- Paquetería Office y Outlook
- Inglés avanzado (preferible).
