Surrounded by two of southern Europe's most renowned golf courses, the hotel provides an exclusive retreat for golf enthusiasts, beach lovers, and discerning travelers.
As Reservations Agent you will help contribute towards promoting and selling of Fairmont La Hacienda bedrooms and facilities.
A little bit about what you will be doing:
- Take telephone enquiries for leisure room bookings using appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques.
- Respond to enquiries via the website, email and letter, in a timely manner with the appropriate level of efficiency and sales techniques.
- Have a good knowledge of the Resorts facilities, in order that these facilities can be sold to the guest.
- Assisting with the procedure for group bookings – inputting of rooming list, and group amendments.
- Have sufficient knowledge of the packages that are available in order that these can be sold.
- Service focused personality
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships
- Previous experience within a similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience is essential
- A high level of both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is essential.
