• 該当するオペレーション部門への予約関連トレーニングの提供をアシストする。
• 予約システムに入った予約内容のアップデート
• 予約デイリー/ウィークリー/マンスリーチェックリストに従って全ての業務を遂行する。
• 旅行代理店からのコミッションに関する問い合わせを調査し、サポートする。
• 高いレベルのゲストサービス、チームワーク、そして可能な限り「既成概念にとらわれない」姿勢を示し、模範となる。
• Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards
• Follows-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner
• Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments
• Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP/staff reservations (rate, room type, billing, etc.) in PM for accuracy.
• Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist.
• Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries
• Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service, teamwork and "stepping out of the box" where possible

• 4～5つ星ホテルでの同様の業務経験（予約チーム）
• ホテルでの経験が望ましい
• 英語および日本語での文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション
• 以下のようなシステムの使用経験
  • オペラクラウド
  • リザウェブ
  • TLリンカーン
  • テーブルチェック
  • 一休レストラン
  • ホットペッパーなど
• 企業のニーズに応じてプロセスを変更するオープンさが必要。

• Work Experience in a 4-5 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team)
• Experience within Accor is desirable
• English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed
• Experience with systems like:
  • Opera Cloud
  • Resaweb
  • TL Lincoln
  • Table check
  • Ikyu Restaurants
  • Hot Pepper etc.
• Need to be open to change in processes based on the need of the company
