Job Description

  • Responds to alI reservation requests and incoming calls in a courteous, efficient, professional and friendly manner in adherence to Swissotel Nankai Osaka standards
  • Follows-up on all voicemails and emails in a timely manner
  • Assists in providing reservation related training to applicable operational departments
  • Reviews group resumes each week and double checks VIP/staff reservations (rate, room type, billing, etc.) in PM for accuracy.
  • Performs all duties per the Reservations Daily / Weekly / Monthly checklist.
  • Researches and supports any / all Travel Agent commission inquiries
  • Leads by example in demonstrating high levels of guest service, teamwork and "stepping out of the box" where possible


  • Work Experience in a 4-5 star hotel in a similar role (Reservations Team)
  • Experience within Accor is desirable
  • English and Japanese written and verbal communication needed
  • Experience with systems like:
    • Opera Cloud
    • Resaweb
    • TL Lincoln
    • Table check
    • Ikyu Restaurants
    • Hot Pepper etc.
  • Need to be open to change in processes based on the need of the
