お客様のホテル予約を担当していただきます。
現在マネージャー、スーパーバイザー2名、アルバイト1名にてFIT、グループなど担当しております。お客様のご要望に応じて最適なプランを提案し、正確かつ迅速な予約処理を行うことで、顧客満足の向上に貢献してください。
主な業務内容は以下の通りです:
・宿泊予約の受付(電話、メール、オンライン経由)および入力・管理
・お客様への宿泊プラン、空室状況、料金などに関する案内
・特別リクエスト(記念日対応、アレルギー対応など)の受付と関連部門との調整
・予約の変更・キャンセル対応
・各種OTA(Online Travel Agency)サイトの予約情報確認と在庫・料金の管理
・日々の予約データのチェック・レポート作成
・予約システム(PMS)および関連システムの操作
・顧客からの問い合わせ対応
・他部署(フロント、ハウスキーピング等)との連携
※ホテル管理予約システム「オペラクラウド」を使用しています。
お客様の90%近くは海外客。英語を使っての業務スキルをさらに経験をすることで、キャリアアップができる環境です。当ホテルスタッフの約20人は海外国籍のスタッフなので、国際的な業務環境での経験を積むことができます
You will be responsible for handling hotel reservations for our guests.
Our current reservation team consists of a Manager, two Supervisors, and one part-time staff member, managing both FIT and group bookings.
Your role is to propose the most suitable plans according to guests’ needs and to process reservations accurately and promptly, contributing to enhanced guest satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
・Receive and process accommodation reservations via phone, email, and online channel
・Provide information on room availability, accommodation plans, and rates
・Handle special requests (e.g., anniversaries, allergy accommodations) and coordinate with related departments
・Manage reservation changes and cancellations
・Check and update reservation data from OTAs (Online Travel Agencies), including inventory and rate management
・Review daily reservation data and prepare related reports
・Operate the hotel reservation and property management systems (PMS)
・Respond to guest inquiries
・Coordinate closely with other departments (Front Desk, Housekeeping, etc.)
※Our hotel uses the “Opera Cloud” reservation management system.
Nearly 90% of our guests are from overseas. This position offers an excellent opportunity to further develop your English communication and hospitality skills, contributing to your professional growth.

Education:
・High school diploma or above
Qualifications:
