What you will bring to the role:

• Passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
• Experience in a hotel reservations role is highly regarded
• Familiarity with reservations and CRM systems (Opera PMS desirable)
• Substantial customer service and sales experience
• Attention to detail & ability to multitask
• High level of communication and interpersonal skills
