Job Description

- Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding hotel reservations, inquiries, and modifications.

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with booking accommodations, offering information about hotel amenities, rates, and policies.
- Utilize reservation software and systems to make, modify, or cancel reservations accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with other departments such as housekeeping, front desk, and sales to ensure smooth guest experiences.
- Handle payment transactions, including processing credit card payments and issuing refunds when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests.
- Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues related to reservations in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on hotel promotions, packages, and special events to upsell and cross-sell services to guests.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to identify opportunities for maximizing occupancy and revenue.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and guidelines while providing exceptional service to guests and representing the hotel brand positively.


Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Guest focused personality is essential


Additional Information

experience is an asset
Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
