Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Recreation Receptionist in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates! We're looking for a friendly and organized individual to be the welcoming face of our recreation facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests, handle inquiries, and provide information about facilities, programs, and services
- Process registrations, bookings, and payments for recreational activities while maintaining accurate records
- Manage the reception area, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and keeping the space clean and organized
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating recreational programs and events
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office and scheduling software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations with tact
- Basic math skills for handling payments and reconciliations
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus
