Description du poste

L'équipe de l'Ibis Paris Pantin Eglise recherche activement un(e) réceptionniste tournant(e)

Responsabilités:

-Incarner l'esprit Heartist et offrir une qualité de service optimale et une attention personnalisée

-Accompagner nos clients tout au long de leurs séjours

-Gérer le standard téléphonique

-Atteindre les objectifs qualitatifs et quantitatifs de l'hôtel

-Valoriser le programme de fidélité de la marque et du groupe Accor

-Collaborer avec les autres départements pour assurer un service fluide et efficace

Qualifications

-Experience préalable en tant que réceptionniste ou dans un rôle similaire

-Excellentes compétences en service avec capacité à gérer des situation de stress

-Maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais, toute autre langue serait un atout supplémentaire

-Présentation soignée et attitude professionnelle
