Proposer un hébergement sur-mesure au sein du réseau des résidences Orfea et des prestataires hôteliers pour une activité d’1.3 million nuitées/an.
Offrir des solutions clef en main pour l’organisation de réunions et de séminaires.

Au-delà de l’exigence sur les fondamentaux Accueil, Confort, Propreté, Orfea s’assure du développement des compétences de ses collaborateurs, en proposant des parcours formation adaptés et sur-mesure aux besoins des équipes.
Nous recherchons pour notre Résidence ORFEA Dijon (90 chambres), et sa centrale de réservation (100 000 nuitées par an), un(e) Réceptionniste Tournant(e) en CDI, 39h/semaine, à compter du 04 août 2025.
Vous travaillerez principalement du matin (7h-15h) et du soir (15h-23h) mais serez amené à effectuer quelques services de nuit (23h-7h).
Vos missions principales seront notamment les suivantes :
- Vous assurerez l'accueil de nos clients, la gestion des appels téléphoniques ;
- Vous procéderez à l'enregistrement des arrivées et des départs ;
- Vous effectuerez les réservations dans les hôtels en France et à l'étranger pour notre centrale de réservation ;
- Vous veillerez au bon déroulement du séjour client en maintenant de bonnes relations avec les clients ;
- Vous réaliserez la mise en place et le suivi du buffet petit-déjeuner selon les besoins ;
- Vous veillerez à la propreté de l’établissement et au respect des normes, de la qualité et des procédures ;
- Vous renseignerez et orienterez les clients.
- Vous serez le (la) garant(e) de la satisfaction clients. Pour cela, vous anticiperez et traiterez leurs éventuelles requêtes dans le respect des normes, de la qualité et des procédures ORFEA.
Expérience professionnelle :
La maîtrise de l'anglais et de l'outil informatique sont indispensables pour ce poste, de même qu'une expérience en accueil.
