Réceptionniste H/F - CDI 35h - Saint Denis

Dans le cadre de notre activité Facility Management sur le campus SNCF HAMO à Saint Denis, nous recherchons 1 Réceptionniste H/F en CDI, 35h/semaine du lundi au vendredi, dès que possible.
Horaires : 7h30-15h30 et 11h-19h, 1 semaine sur 2.
Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice de site, l’équipe de Réceptionnistes H/F participe activement à la réussite de l’expérience client.
Pour cela, vous aurez pour principales missions :
- Offrir une expérience sur-mesure et positive aux collaborateurs SNCF et aux visiteurs H/F
- Assurer un accueil complet, dynamique et fluide aux résidences, visiteurs et prestataires internes et externes H/F dans le cadre d’une relation individualisée et conviviale
- Renseigner, guider et accompagner les occupants et visiteurs H/F
- Gérer les appels et les courriels entrants, tout en assurant une réponse rapide et personnalisée ainsi que le courrier interne et externe, les plis d’huissier, d’appel d’offres et les livraisons coursiers
- Veiller à la satisfaction des utilisateurs tout en améliorant et enrichissant les prestations en fonction des évolutions des besoins et attentes clients
- Veiller à la bonne infirmation des clients SNCF quant aux services mis à disposition pour leur confort et leur bien-être : consigne à bagagerie, casque, trottinette et télécabine médicalisée
- Assurer les opérations d’ouverture et fermeture de l’accueil avec sécurisation et veiller au respect des règles de sécurité
- Participer au concept d’hospitality des services
- Contribuer aux côtés du community manager H/F à la réussite des évènements et animations impulsés par le service communication SNCF
- Participer et être ambassadeurs de la culture du Groupe SNCF
